摘要：

非酒精性脂肪肝病与代谢综合征密切相关,越来越多的证据表明高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)参与非酒精性脂肪肝病的发生、发展。本文将重点阐述HUA与非酒精性脂肪肝病的相关性及可能的发病机制,提出控制HUA可能成为NAFLD治疗的手段之一。
