厚朴酚对高脂饲料-STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠血糖血脂及肝脏氧化应激损伤的影响(英文)

摘要
本文研究了厚朴酚对高脂饲料-链脲佐菌素诱导的2型糖尿病大鼠高血糖、高血脂、肝脏氧化应激和CYP2E1活性的影响。与糖尿病模型组相比,连续给予厚朴酚(25、50和100 mg·kg-1·d-1,灌胃)10周后,其血糖、血脂(TC、TG和LDL-C)及肝脏CYP2E1活性和MDA含量显著降低,口服糖耐量和肝脏抗氧化酶(CAT和GSH-Px)活性显著增加。研究结果不仅证明厚朴酚对高脂饲料-链脲佐菌素诱导的2型糖尿病大鼠的高血糖、高血脂、肝脏氧化应激损伤有明显治疗作用,而且厚朴酚对糖尿病大鼠肝脏CYP2E1活性的抑制作用可能是其拮抗糖尿病所致肝脏氧化损伤及胰岛素抵抗的重要机制之一。
