摘要：

本文以我国部分地区的生物科技企业为调查对象,进行了大样本研究。在文献研究和统计分析的基础上,本文总结了企业知识管理系统架构。获得三个主要结论:知识管理是个系统过程,通过"获取-利用-传递-保护"四个环节循环推进;其二,知识管理存在于组织背景下,有关组织要素决定了知识管理的绩效;其三,企业绩效建立在知识基础上,知识管理能有效提升企业绩效。
