液囊空肠管在重症患者中留置的应用研究

摘要：

目的探讨液囊空肠管在需要肠内营养的重症患者中留置空肠的可行性。方法 120例需要肠内营养的重症患者,其中60例使用液囊空肠管置入,另60例患者使用普通鼻空肠管置入。首先根据消化液不同的pH值初步判定头端是否位于胃肠内的相应位置。以pH值>7判定为空肠管已通过十二指肠,位于空肠段位置。最后以X线片显示头端位于空肠内。对照两组空肠管置入成功率。结果液囊空肠管组置入成功46例,成功率为76.7%。普通空肠管组置入成功22例,成功率为36.7%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论留置液囊空肠管操作简便,成功率高。在重症患者实现肠内营养中具有重要临床意义。
