摘要：
Based on the principle of acu moc and meridian, the mechanism of keeping fit can summarizes as “smoothing the meridians and collaterals,regulating the blood and qi”. That is to say, it can activate qi in the meridians,regulate the functions of viscera,accelerate excretion of cenosis pathological product,improve body's metablism and keep health. In addition, the article introduced serveral kinds of acu moc methods of retarding senescence.
