卒中相关性肺炎危险因素分析

摘要：

回顾性分析本院2005年1月至2007年1月595例脑卒中患者的临床资料,310例(52.1%)发生卒中相关性肺炎,其中早发性肺炎(卒中后72 h内发生的肺炎)225例(72.6%),晚发性肺炎85例(27.4%)。早发性肺炎住院时间≥2周者113例(50.3%),晚发性肺炎<1周发病者60例(70.6%)。年龄>65岁(OR=1.037)、糖尿病(OR=1.724)、Glasgow评分≤8分(OR=0.908)、鼻饲治疗(OR=6.640)、胃黏膜保护剂(OR=3.581)、预防性使用抗生素(OR=2.433)是卒中相关性肺炎的危险因素。
