<正>达标治疗(treat-to-target)概念起源于糖尿病和高血压的控制,近年来被引入到类风湿关节炎(RA)的治疗中,对RA的控制起到积极的作用。早在2009年,德国Sieper教授在国际脊柱关节炎协会(ASAS)推荐的指南中,就有关于强直性脊柱炎(AS)治疗目标的论述,但AS的治疗目标并未像RA
