摘要：

创新、创业是创新集群的两个本质特征。对创新行为、创业活动、创新集群发展三者关系的研究进行梳理和总结后发现:对创新与创新集群发展互动关系的研究,已经由企业创新活动视角延伸到社会规范、政治文化领域;创新集群中"集群式创业涌现"现象成为研究的重点。关于创新集群中创新与创业影响机制的研究较少,缺乏有效的分析框架,应成为下一阶段研究的重点。
