摘要：

侵袭性真菌感染与免疫力低下患者的高发病率和高病死率密切相关,其早期诊治对提高患者救治率至关重要。基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(matrix-assisted laser-desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry,MALDI-TOF MS)技术通过检测真菌中固有的特异性蛋白从而实现对丝状真菌快速、准确的鉴定。本文从技术原理、标本前处理、鉴定效果及影响因素等方面对MALDI-TOF MS技术鉴定丝状真菌的研究进展作一综述。
