摘要
多西他赛临床广泛应用于乳腺癌、非小细胞肺癌等多种癌症,主要在肝脏经CYP3A酶代谢,编码该酶的基因存在广泛的基因多态性,本文简要综述CYP3A4、CYP3A5基因多态性对多西他赛药动学和药效学影响的近年相关研究,供临床制定个体化给药方案参考。
