摘要：

分析了微扫描技术出现的时机及其重要性 ;介绍了微扫描的物理结构以及 4种工作模式。最后 ,对微扫描的性能进行了分析 ,表明了它是一种提高系统空间分辨率、改善成像质量的有效途径。
