肝纤维化中TGF-β/Smad信号通路研究进展

摘要
肝纤维化是多种病因导致的肝内结缔组织异常增生的一种疾病,主要由于细胞外基质增生速度超过降解速度并异常沉积,使肝脏结构和功能出现异常。肝纤维化的病变过程中,肝星状细胞的活化是关键环节,而转化生长因子β可以上调它合成细胞外基质。在多条细胞信号转导通路中,TGF-β/Smad信号转导通路是促进肝星状细胞活化合成细胞外基质的关键通路。本文针对在肝纤维化发生发展过程中TGF-β/Smad信号通路的相关研究动态进行综述。
