摘要：

短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)是卒中的独立危险因素。约2/3的TIA患者会再发TIA或卒中。对TIA发病后的卒中风险进行预测可判断患者的预后,以便尽早对高危患者进行干预。文章就TIA后卒中的诸多风险评价工具进行了综述,以期为TIA的预后评价提供一些思路。
