企业成长理论中的生物学类比研究回顾与展望

摘要：
生物学类比是企业成长理论研究采用的一种重要方法。本文首先从生物学类比对企业成长理论的贡献以及关于生物学类比对企业成长理论深入发展能否再有贡献的争论等方面,对已有相关文献进行了回顾与述评,并且发现生物学类比在企业成长理论研究中的贡献具有持续性,但现有相关研究仍有许多有待拓展的方面;然后对值得拓展之处进行了简要说明;最后结合我国企业实现自主创新成长研究,对生物学类比在企业成长理论中的运用进行了展望。
