摘要：

生产者之间广泛与有效的合作是农业产业化获得成功的必要条件 ,农民与产业化组织建立产权联系 ,在产权联系下实行产业链全程一体化合作 ,是农业产业化健康发展的一个关键问题。行政部门应为农业产业化经营中合作经济组织的形成和发展创造良好与宽松的经济环境和政策环境 ,制定有效的孵化政策和激励措施 ,提供正确的导向
