摘要：

高血压脑出血后的血肿周围脑水肿极其常见,是影响患者功能恢复的重要原因之一。文章对高血压脑出血后脑水肿的形成机制,特别是高血压在脑水肿形成中的可能机制,以及脑水肿的治疗靶点做了综述。
