<正>非酒精性脂肪肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是代谢综合征在肝脏的表现形式,涵盖了从简单肝脂肪细胞变性即脂肪肝(nonalcoholic fatty liver,NAFL)、非酒精性脂肪肝炎(nonalcoholic steatohepatitis,NASH)到肝硬化、肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)在内的肝脏代谢综合征的系列症
