摘要：

创业活动对经济增长的重要性已被大量的研究和实践所证明。许多国家或地区纷纷把促进创业活动纳入政府经济政策的工作范围,把创业政策作为提升经济活力的重要措施。本文系统梳理了有关创业政策与创业活动关系的研究文献,明确了创业政策的内涵,分析了创业政策影响创业活动的不同途径,对未来的研究思路与创业政策实践提出了建议。
