<正>急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory dis-tress syndrome,ARDS)是临床常见的危重症,也是引起急性呼吸功能衰竭的常见原因。1967年Ash-baugh等[1]首次报告ARDS,1994年北美呼吸病-欧洲危重病学会专家联席评审会议发表了ARDS的诊断标准(AECC标准)[2],但其可靠性和准确性备受争议。2012年修订的ARDS诊断标准(柏林标准)[3]将ARDS定义为:(1)7d内起病,出现高危肺
