摘要：

目的探讨子宫动脉化疗栓塞术联合刮宫术治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析2004年1月至2009年1月本院确诊的剖宫产瘢痕妊娠21例,先行子宫动脉栓塞术结合动脉灌注甲氨蝶呤,随后行刮宫术。观察手术效果及并发症情况。结果 21例患者均被成功治愈。血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素降至正常的平均时间13.7天,平均手术出血量46.0ml,平均住院时间3.2天。结论子宫动脉化疗栓塞术结合刮宫术治疗剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠安全、有效、微创。
