花药特异性表达的类查尔酮合酶基因D5与水稻花粉发育相关

摘要
采用RNA原位杂交技术对水稻类查尔酮合酶基因D5进行细胞定位,结果表明D5基因特异地在水稻花药的绒毡层及维管束周围细胞中大量表达.为了进一步研究其功能,将水稻肌动蛋白基因(Actinl)启动子驱动的D5正义及反义基因分别转入水稻中.对转基因水稻花粉不同发育时期进行观察,发现表达了反义D5基因的花粉其形态表现明显不正常,由此可以推测出D5基因对于花粉的发育起重要作用.
