中小企业对经济发展的贡献及其制约研究——以山东省为例

摘要：

中小企业对经济发展的贡献主要体现在促进经济总量增长和财政收入稳定、创造就业机会、推动技术创新与出口贸易增长等方面。通过中小企业对山东省经济发展的贡献分析证实,中小企业近年来在山东经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用,但在技术创新方面的贡献仍然滞后。研究认为,山东省中小企业的发展存在区域布局不平衡问题,提升中小企业创新能力和制度构建是关键。
