摘要：

不确定性是创业机会开发的典型特征,传统的交易成本理论、计划行为理论和决策理论都无法解析不确定情境下的行为选择问题,旨在降低不确定下或有决策损失的实物期权理论有助于揭示机会开发的作用机理。机会开发的时机选择、开发方式和开发能力是机会开发研究中最值得关注的理论问题,上述问题的明晰将进一步揭开机会开发这一理论黑箱,拓展实物期权理论与机会开发的整合研究。
