摘要
<正>磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B[phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(Akt),PI3K/Akt]信号传导通路作为细胞生存重要通路之一,在促进细胞生长、增殖,促进细胞运动、侵袭,抑制细胞凋亡,促进血管生成,抵抗化疗和放疗等方面起重要作用。近年来,关于PI3K/Akt信号通路与药物耐药性关系的研究越来越多,并被认为是化疗耐药治疗的新靶点。Akt是PI3K/Akt通路中的关键性效应分子,多种肿瘤组织中都有Akt的过度表达和活化。多项实验表明,化疗药物可增加Akt磷酸化水平,使肿瘤细胞产生化疗耐受
