摘要：

本文对ＭＴＴ颜色反应法的实验条件进行分析探讨，确定适宜常规检测的最适细胞数和培养体系，并应用于不同样本的测定和比较，初步探讨该法在免疫毒理学评价中的应用，结果表明该法可用于Ｔ淋巴细胞增殖功能的检测。
