摘要：

近年来我国避孕套的应用呈现上升趋势,但总体而言使用率仍较低,研究影响避孕套使用意愿的有关因素是推广避孕套使用的前提.调查在广州、昆明和上海三市进行新婚体检的从未用过避孕措施的青年男女中进行.调查结果显示:调查对象使用避孕套的意愿率高达84.68%.使用方便、避孕效果好和副作用小是调查对象愿意使用避孕套的主要原因;使用繁琐、影响性生活是调查对象不愿意使用避孕套的主要原因.多元分析结果(逐步多元Logistic回归)表明职业、对避孕套的避孕效果、预防性病艾滋病作用的认识、周围人避孕套的使用情况及评价、避孕及生育的计划是男女调查对象避孕套使用意愿率的影响因素.
