摘要：

创业过程本质上就是一种学习过程,创业学习理论的发展对创业研究发展起到了巨大的支撑作用。创业学习理论对创业行为具有很强的解释力,近年来创业学习已成为创业研究领域的一个重要议题,相关研究也取得了不少值得关注的成果。本文以现有国外创业学习研究文献为对象,对创业学习的理论渊源和概念发展、创业学习理论学派进行了系统梳理,对创业学习经典模型进行了比较分析,并且针对现有研究仍存在的不足指出了未来研究的发展方向。
