摘要
<正>2001年,Zuk等[1]首次从人脂肪组织中分离获得一群具有多向分化潜能的细胞——脂肪源性干细胞(adipose derived stem cells,ADSCs)以来,学者们在研究其多分化潜能的同时也开始关注其内分泌功能。现就ADSCs的内分泌功能以及在再生医学和组织工程的应用做一综述。
