摘要：

供应商参与新产品开发(Supplier involvement in newproduct development,SINPD)强调供应链各节点企业间的垂直合作关系,建立一种共赢的新产品合作开发模式。在对SINPD驱动因素进行文献资料元分析以及探索性访谈验证的基础上,从制造商角度提出12项SINPD驱动因素,并通过问卷调查的实证研究对驱动因素进行再次提取验证。结果表明,在SINPD的驱动因素中,外部竞争压力,国家创新政策引导,产品复杂、技术融合,R&D依赖,供应商依赖,以期获得绩效是我国制造商实施SINPD驱动因素中的关键因素,据此进行讨论分析。
