摘要：

心源性休克(cardiogenic shock,CS)是急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者早期死亡的最主要原因,随着医学技术的进步及有效治疗方法的应用,其住院病死率已有所下降,本文就AMI并发CS的发病机制及治疗进展作一综述。
