摘要：

血管内皮生长因子是一种极强的血管生成促进剂,在无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血妇女子宫内膜腺体中浓度极高,呈周期性表达,受多种因素的调控。近10年来研究发现,血管内皮生长因子与女性异常子宫出血、不孕、痛经等疾病相关,尤其是它在异常子宫出血的发病过程中所起的作用备受关注。现就血管内皮生长因子及其受体的理化特征、作用机制、影响因素及其在功能失调性子宫出血发病过程中的作用进行综述。
