黄芩苷联合干扰素α治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效及对细胞免疫的影响

摘要：

目的研究黄芩苷联合干扰素α治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床疗效及对肝纤维化指标和细胞免疫的影响。方法 92例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为对照组(46例)和治疗组(50例),对照组给予干扰素α-2b治疗,治疗组用黄芩苷联合干扰素α-2b。治疗六个月后观察肝功能、肝纤维化指标、HBeAg及HBV-DNA阴转、CD+4、CD+8以及NK细胞亚群变化情况。结果两组患者肝功能、肝纤维化指标与治疗前相比均明显改善(P<0.01),但以治疗组改善更为显著(P<0.01);与对照组相比,治疗组患者HBeAg及HBV-DNA阴转率显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);与对照组相比,治疗后治疗组CD+4T及NK细胞比例显著高于对照组,而CD+8T细胞比例显著低于对照组,CD+4/CD+8比值显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论黄芩苷和干扰素联用在抗炎、抗肝纤维化、促进HBeAg和HBV-DNA转阴及改善细胞免疫状态方面具有协同作用。
