国际建筑市场的发展变化对中国建筑业具有重要的导向作用。国际建筑市场的经验表明,影响国际建筑市场发展趋势的主要因素是业主的项目采购倾向、项目交易方式和项目融资。从这三个方面,研究国际建筑市场的发展趋势并对中外建筑市场进行了比较分析。
