综合性心理干预对乳腺癌围手术期病人心理状况的影响

摘要：

[目的]观察综合性心理干预对乳腺癌病人心理状况的影响。[方法]将60例接受乳腺癌根治手术的病人随机分为干预组和对照组,以心理行为评定量表(焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、症状自评量表、特质应对问卷)为指标对两组病人的焦虑、抑郁情绪、心理健康状况、应对方式进行测量。[结果]手术后第10天干预组病人焦虑、抑郁情绪、消极应对得分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);积极应对得分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]综合性心理干预能有效改善乳腺癌病人的心理状况,提高其生活质量。
