森林土壤氮素有效性的野外估测方法

摘要：

介绍野外估测森林土壤N有效性的常用方法,包括埋袋法、PVC顶盖埋管法、离子交换树脂袋法、树脂芯法、15N同位素法和生态系统N收支估算法。同时指出,传统的以土壤N矿化为N循环核心的理论受到挑战,新的理论体系中,把解聚合、植物-微生物竞争、微环境的作用作为N有效性估测的关键,为此,以上研究方法均存在局限性,N有效性的研究方法还有待进一步改进。
