摘要：

肠易激综合征(IBS)是一种由多因素引起的肠道功能紊乱,有腹痛、腹胀、腹部不适并伴随排便习惯的改变。近年来该病的发病率逐渐升高,严重影响患者的生活质量,但因其病因及发病机制尚未明确,目前治疗状况并不乐观。IBS本身具有慢性、复发性的特点,且相当一部分IBS患者并未选择前往医院进行系统治疗,这又给IBS的治疗增加了难度。近年来,随着生物-心理-社会疾病模式的发展,精神心理因素对IBS的影响越来越受到关注。
