急性脑梗死vWF、P-选择素的作用研究

摘要：

目的 :探讨急性脑梗死内皮细胞损伤、血小板活化情况及其病理生理作用。方法 :采用 EL ISA双抗体夹心法测定急性脑梗死 10 8例 ,正常人 30例血浆 v WF、 Ps水平 ,用于判断内皮细胞损伤及血小板活化状态。结果 :急性脑梗死组血浆 v WF、 Ps水平显著高于正常人组 (P<0 .0 1) ,但与梗死病灶的大小无关。结论 :内皮损伤、血小板活化在急性脑梗死的发病及病程中具有重要作用 ,对急性脑梗死采取相应的干预性治疗对防止急性脑梗死再灌注损伤具有重要意义 ,同时也对二级预防有所启示
