白血病细胞耐药与细胞凋亡的研究进展

摘要
化疗药物可通过诱导细胞凋亡对白血病细胞发生作用 ,反之各种因素使白血病细胞凋亡受抑 ,也可引起白血病细胞对化疗药物产生耐药性 ,本文对近年来细胞凋亡与白血病耐药关系的研究进展作一综述。
