知识网络公平感对知识共享的影响及路径研究

摘要：

定义了知识网络公平感,分析建立了知识网络分配公平、程序公平和互动公平通过信任影响知识共享的假设模型,并运用结构方程模型对各项假设进行实证检验。研究表明:信任是知识网络分配公平、互动公平影响知识共享的显著路径之一。程序公平对信任有显著影响,但并不直接影响知识共享。
