摘要
肠炎沙门氏菌(Salmonella enteritidis,SE)具有广泛寄主谱,可引起人与动物的胃肠炎,是重要的人畜共患病原体。主要对肠炎沙门氏菌的研究进展作一综述,以期为进一步研究该菌提供参考。
