摘要：

初步研究了东亚飞蝗 (L ocusta migratoria manilensis (Meyen) )不同龄期蝗虫粪便挥发物对蝗蝻的聚集作用。利用自行设计制作的行为生测仪及其配套装置 ,在 (30± 2 )℃温度下 (均匀光照 ,湿度为 6 0 %左右 ) ,就蝗虫粪便挥发物对各龄蝗蝻的引诱及滞留活性进行了生测研究。结果表明 :蝗虫粪便挥发物对各龄蝗蝻都有一定的引诱作用和滞留作用。其中高龄蝗蝻粪便挥发物对同龄和低龄蝗蝻的聚集作用较好 ;群体测试时 ,可能由于虫体间视觉、触觉等的影响 ,蝗蝻对挥发物的敏感性下降 ,反应浓度阈值增加 ,但仍有较明显的聚集效果
