正常成人血清中游离氨基酸的测定-水解液柱法和体液柱法的比较

摘要：

本文报告了使用日立835-50型氨基酸自动分析仪的体液柱法测定65名正常成人血清中游离氨基酸的含量。同时比较了其中29份血样体液柱法和水解液柱法测定的结果,看到丝、甘、缬、异亮、亮、酪、苯丙、赖、组、色、脯氨酸的结果均甚接近,支/芳比值也较一致,而水解液柱法对天门冬氨酸不能测出,苏、谷、胱、蛋、精氨酸的结果偏高,对其偏高的原因进行了初步的讨论。
