摘要：

To develop a HPLC ion trap tandem MS method for quantitative analysis of seven glucocorticoids.The reverse phase liquid chromatography system was equipped with C18 column and eluted with acetonitrile-H2O (40:60).Electrospray ionization (ESI) source was applied and operated in the positive ion mode.The prednisone acetate in the sample was identified by the retention time,precursor ion and daughter ion and six others not detected.
