摘要：

子宫颈残端癌指子宫次全截除术后,自子宫颈断端而发展的癌。此病比较少见。学者将其分为两类:一是稳性癌(Co-incidert 或 PseudoStump Carcinoma),指在子宫次全截除后二或三年以内发生的子宫颈残端癌。这种癌病灶系来自术前原有的子宫颈癌,术前经检查未发现此隐性癌症,或根本术前癌灶已明显但医师未
