肝动脉栓塞治疗原发性肝癌的初步报告

摘要：

对13例原发性肝癌患者进行17次明胶海绵肝动脉栓塞,1次栓塞有10例;2次栓塞有2例;3次栓塞有1例。栓塞后造影可见周围或近端肝动脉栓塞,随访性血管造影见肿瘤血管减少或完全消失,肿瘤缩小,肿瘤坏死区扩大,所有病例有栓塞后综合征如恶心、呕吐、腹痛和发热,栓塞后平均存活期为6个月,对肝动脉栓塞的治疗价值、并发症、禁忌证以及肿瘤血供问题进行了讨论。
