他汀类药物治疗高血压——一个尚待进一步研究的课题

摘要
他汀类药物的问世视为心血管疾病治疗领域的重要进展。循证医学证明,他汀在动脉粥样硬化性疾病的一、二级预防中起着重要的作用。因其多效性的特点,他汀正在成为心血管疾病药物治疗中有前景的药物。新近的研究提示,他汀类药物可小幅度地降低血压,且这种降压作用似乎独立于降脂作用之外,可能是未来高血压治疗的候选或辅助药物之一。本文简述他汀类药物在高血压治疗中的现状与可能机制,以期为高血压临床治疗与研究提供参考。
