低蛋白质日粮在降低猪场环境污染中的作用

摘要
猪排泄物中残余的大量营养素对环境造成的污染受到人们的关注,其中,猪粪、尿中含氮营养素的损失是猪排泄物最主要的环境污染物之一。从某种程度上看,这种营养素的损失是难以避免的;但营养调控可能是减少这种营养素损失的一种关键性措施。在降低猪排泄物中氮和氨气排放量方面,最主要的营养策略是在日粮中添加限制性氨基酸的同时减少猪的蛋白质采食量。此外,降低猪粪、尿的pH值,促使尿氮向粪氮转化的营养措施也有助于减少猪粪、尿对环境的污染程度。
