糖尿病与非糖尿病血液透析患者生活质量与睡眠质量关系

摘要：

目的:比较糖尿病与非糖尿病维持性血液透析患者生活质量及睡眠质量,分析睡眠质量与生活质量的关系。方法:以本中心稳定透析>3个月的患者为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、匹兹堡睡眠指数(PSQI)量表及简明健康调查问卷(SF-36),对我院肾病中心血液透析患者进行调查与分析。结果:睡眠评分方面,除睡眠紊乱外(P=0.298),其余睡眠评分糖尿病透析患者均显著低于非糖尿病透析患者;生活质量评分方面,糖尿病透析患者生理综合得分(P<0.001)及精神综合得分(P=0.005)均显著低于非糖尿病透析患者。在涉及的8个维度中,除躯体疼痛(P=0.175)、情感职能(P=0.495)和精神健康(P=0.188)外,其余维度糖尿病透析患者均显著低于非糖尿病透析患者。结论:糖尿病透析患者生活质量及睡眠质量均明显差于非糖尿病透析患者,仅个别维度没有差异;重视并提高糖尿病透析患者睡眠质量对治疗和提高生活质量都有极为重要的意义。
