基于语言变量的 MCDM(Multi- Criteria/Multi- Person Decision- Making)问题的解决可分为三部分 :(1)选择合适的语言变量集合 ;(2 )选择恰当的聚合算子 ;(3 )选择最佳备选方案。本文第三部分提出语言模糊集截集方法 ,通过语言模糊截集方法和 L OWA算子的混合使用 ,不仅能决策出最佳备选方案 ,而且可以给出备选方案间的一个排序。最后给出两个实例。
