<正>临床骨科手术中任何坚强的内固定只能使颈椎达到一个即刻稳定状态,只有植骨融合才能达到永久的稳定。我院自2006年9月—2009年9月采用颈椎后路"单开门"椎管扩大成形术加后路双侧侧块内固定术加关节突关节植骨融合术治疗多节段脊髓型颈椎病伴颈椎不稳症患者32例,取得满意效果。
